    - Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Chartered Management Accountant/ACCA

    - Experience: 18 years of relevant post-qualification experience with 5 years in a senior management role

    - Age Limit: 57 years

- *Executive Director Legal*

    - Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university

    - Experience: 18 years of relevant post-qualification experience with 5 years in a senior management role

    - Age Limit: 57 years

- *Director HR/Admin*

    - Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (HRM) or MBA (HRM)

    - Experience: 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience

    - Age Limit: 45 years
